- No — we bring everything we need, including professional-grade equipment and supplies. All you need to do is let us in.
- Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
- Not at all. Many of our clients provide access and carry on with their day. We'll reach out if we have any questions and send confirmation when we're done.
- What should I do before the cleaners arrive?
- A quick tidy-up helps us focus on the actual cleaning rather than organizing. Put away dishes, pick up clothes off the floor, and secure any pets. That's it — the rest is on us.
- Do you clean with pets in the home?
- Yes, though we ask that pets be secured or kept in a separate area for their comfort and the safety of our team. Let us know about any pets when you book.
- How do I get a price quote?
- Request a free estimate using the form on our Contact page. We'll follow up within one business day with a custom quote based on your home size, service type, and frequency.
- Do you offer recurring cleaning discounts?
- Yes — recurring clients (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) receive better rates than one-time cleans. Ask about our recurring pricing when you request an estimate.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations or reschedules made 72+ hours in advance have no charge. Skipping a scheduled cleaning carries a $50 fee. Cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours are charged the full scheduled service price.
- How long does a cleaning take?
- It depends on the size of your home and the type of service. A standard cleaning for a 2-bedroom home typically takes 2–3 hours. Deep cleans and move-out cleans take longer. We'll give you an estimate when we quote.
